We do have a Privacy Policy on our site linked to from the bottom of literally every page on our site. We can’t force you to read it but it is there for you if you wish to give it a look.
If those were the only metrics we evaluated when fraud screening orders we’d let a lot of fraudulent orders through.
It’s really common for someone using a stolen credit card to also use a VPN / Open Proxy to place the order from an IP that’s within the country/area the card originated. Often times those with a stolen card even know the actual address associated with the card – I’ve seen that a lot over the last 20 years.
You were given the option to provide verification documents and you refused so we wished you the best of luck.
Just because we aren’t accepting your order doesn’t mean we have any ill will towards you.
I’m not sure I understand the question.
You asked why you had to submit the documents. We told you that was our process for identify verification. You told us no, that you don’t have to do it – and you’re right that you do not have to submit anything.
As you said you weren’t going to verify we said that was your choice and wished you the best of luck.
I don’t see anywhere in this chat where we were rude but obviously your perspective is different.
Again – I do wish you the best of luck with whatever provider you end up going with. No hard feelings at all.
